Hello, my name is Brooklyn Shumway!

I am an Arizona native that absolutely loves film and photography. High-quality media is in my blood. Through and through, I am a storyteller, and it is greatest my passion to bring stories to life. 

In 2020, I won 1st place prize for my short narrative, "Head in the Clouds" in the Mesa Public Schools VOICES Writing Competition. In 2022, I graduated from Mesa Community College with an Associates in Arts degree with Highest Distinction and Honors. In 2024, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a BFA in Film & Media Production. 

I started Opalescence Media Co. to invest in an environment where I can entertain, excite, and inspire others with my work and create something truly worth treasuring forever. It's what I love, and I hope you'll love it too.

Hello, my name is Stefanie Pile!

I’m a video editor with a passion for storytelling, seamless transitions, and making sure every frame feels just right. Bringing ideas and visions to life through editing is what I do best.

My journey with editing started at a young age, but I found my way back to it in college. In 2024, I graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Film and Media Production, specializing in editing, color correction, and grading.

Over the years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including short films, music videos, promos, and montages. I know how to take footage and transform it into something polished, engaging, and truly worth watching. From refining color to finding the perfect rhythm in every cut, I take pride in focusing on the details that turn special moments into long lasting memories.

I joined Opalescence Media Co. because not only do I believe in its message, but it allows me to do what I love and bring joy to others.
